Requirements
- Space should be allocated in the programme for Work Group sessions
- Space should also be allocated in the programme for the Network assembly
- Convivial space for conference goers
- Conference dinner
- Conference rooms should be equipped with computer and projector for presentations
Points of merit in the choice of venue
- The theme is broad enough to involve a significant number of network members
- Proximity of the convivial space to the conference rooms
- Availability of two tiers for conference fee: early career and senior; availability of bursaries for PhDs
- Accomodation: options for different budgets, easy transfer to/from the conference venue; discounts for conference participantsÂ
- Accessibility for people with disabilities
- Number of participants you can host; number of parallel sessions: ideally we are seeking a conference lasting 3-4 days with 150-200 participants

Response: 20 December 2025
Call for papers Spring 2026 (at least a year before conference)
Evaluation of conference paper proposals by December 2026
Confirmation of acceptance: by Februray 2027

The bids will be evaluated by the Network Steering Group on the basis of the criteria listed above.
